TURKEY ORDERS
All orders shipping to Turkey address will be shipped via local couriers and delivery services companies. There is no additional charge for standard, second business day, and next business day shipping within the Turkey territory. Most in-stock items will arrive 3- 7 business days after receipt of your order.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
TAG-KLOI collaborate with DHL and FEDEX for cross-border shipping to ensure an efficient, transparent and reliable international order fulfillment.

CHECK ORDER STATUS
To check the status of an international order, please locate the tracking number on your shipment confirmation email and check your order status on the Track an Order .
Once your package is shipped, TAG-KLOI will send you a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you have not received your shipment confirmation email and need to inquire about your order, please email [email protected] and include your order number located on your order confirmation email.
SHIPPING OPTIONS & CHARGES
International shipping costs will be calculated based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method and your shipping destination.
International customers may ship to multiple addresses by placing a separate order for each shipping address.
Your order total is guaranteed at the exchange rate set when your order is placed. Foreign exchange rates are determined based on interbank rates of exchange. These rates correspond with the average aggregate exchange rates that would be applied in an e-commerce transaction.
TAG-KLOI provides real-time updates of FX rates.

Most in-stock items will arrive 5-13 business days after receipt of your order. You'll see a shipping range specific to your destination in checkout.
